Fishery of the year continues to produce 200lb bags in freezing temperatures
01 February 2012 15:46
Sub-zero temperatures haven't effected the fishing at Alders Farm, the venue Angling Times readers voted as the fishery of the year in 2011, where 203lb 12oz was the top weight last weekend.
The catch came to Ringer Baits’ Barry Mason from peg 28 on the Match Lake, where he fished a bomb with a popped up bread hookbait.
Three other anglers also broke the ton, with runner up Josh Blavins some way behind big weight expert Barry with 128lb 7oz.
