Clavering Lakes are a series of five purpose dug fishing lakes, established in 1991. They consist of a specimen carp lake, a match lake, silver fish lake, a trout lake and small specimen trout lake. They are situated in a peaceful and attractive area of unspoiled countryside in the village of Clavering, in north west Essex, yet are easily accessible as they are only 25 minutes from both junction 8 of the M11 and the A10.

was nice place to fish. would recommend any new anglers to ask either owners or other anglers on good swims as the wrong swim caused me and my friend great dissapointment first time we went. but on the whole a very pleasurable place to fish
