Standing on the quay early morning watching a big charter boat come alongside is always exciting. You never really know what you are going to catch, but you know you will be in safe hands.

And you know that the skipper will work hard to find you the fish, for in my experience no good skipper wants you to leave his boat without catching. They take pride in the service they offer, and want to give superb value for money.
