Re: No reply to emails from company
This matter has now been sorted, but it was ashame that I had to resort to emailing the forum. My concern was no one was responding to my emails, and I had paid for an item but not received it.
I have spoken to Louise who was very helpful, it would of put my mind at rest if a quick email stating your message has been forwarded and dealt with shortly.
Hopefully you can understand my concern and it is a lesson learnt
