Item brought and paid for on Gofishing  special offers, I have sent 3 emails since the 2nd November regarding not receiving item, but have had no reply from all three email addresses, unable to get through on phone, surely this is enough time. So i am now doing through the forums. This is a complaint which I believe is fair because the money has been taken from my account but the item has not arrived.

I have received the email you sent to me, and immediately forwarded it on to the relevant people who can provide you with the answers you need. I apologise for them not providing answers, and I'm on the case right now...

Spare a thought for the poor server... Don't have a signature

This matter has now been sorted, but it was ashame that I had to resort to emailing the forum. My concern was no one was responding to my emails, and I had paid for an item but not received it.

I have spoken to Louise who was very helpful, it would of put my mind at rest if a quick email stating your message has been forwarded and dealt with shortly.

Hopefully you can understand my concern and it is a lesson learnt
