 Epoxy resin, comes in two parts that you mix together

 Sky has that spot on. Don't use super glue, water eventually erodes the bond. Pete.

GLUES

 Iuse superglue but always seal it with hard as nails, nail varnish . I also use super glue to put a reinforcing skin on fragile floats espesially reed and elder pith.

I swear by Arraldite for all my Fishing repairs, it's especially good for minor cracks in Poles..
