Although I haven't had the chance to use this rod, two lengths came into the AT office and I did have a chance to take a close look at the build quality and check out the balance and action.
It's no surprise Alan Scotthorne actually chooses to use this range of rods as they feel really good, well balanced, are seriously strong but retain smooth actions that are sure to aid casting.
